🚚 Delivery Coverage

We deliver all over Bangladesh via trusted courier partners.
For international shipping (e.g., UAE, Malaysia, India), please contact us directly.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka City: 1–3 working days

  • Outside Dhaka (All Districts): 2–5 working days

  • Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, natural disruptions, or public holidays.

💳 Payment Methods for Delivery

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide

  • bKash/Nagad/Rocket: Available before dispatch

  • Online Payment Gateways: Coming soon (for pre-paid orders)

📦 Shipping Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳70

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳130

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged product).

🔄 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation SMS or email once the order is shipped, along with a tracking number.

🚫 Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or no response from the customer:

  • Our courier will attempt contact.

  • If unsuccessful, the product may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, reshipping will require an additional delivery charge.

❗ Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your item is missing or damaged:

  • Report it within 24 hours via Facebook inbox or email.

  • Include your order ID and clear photos if possible.
